7. Delivery of the product

We will check if your shipping address and pin code are valid before you pay for your purchase. If your PIN Code is not covered or becomes non-serviceable, we will ask you to give us a different shipping address within our serviceable area. If there is a problem with delivering the product or service to an area not covered by us, we are not responsible for the non-delivery. You can buy things on our website from anywhere in the world, but we can only ship to addresses in India that we can deliver to. If you order multiple items at once, we will try to send them all together, but sometimes this may not be possible.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Transteel has a return policy for all its products. You can return a product if it is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is incomplete. Once we accept your return claim, we will process the refund within 48 hours. Refunds from Chase can take 7 to 10 business days, depending on how you paid. The refund will be the same as what you paid within 24 hours of placing it.

The Supply Terms and the relationship between you and Transteel will be governed by Indian laws, regardless of conflict of laws principles. Any claims, differences, or disputes arising from these Supply Terms, transactions on the website, or your relationship with Transteel will only be resolved in the courts of Noida. By agreeing to these terms, you also accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
